Loxape ships small wooden goods to the regions listed above. This policy explains how shipping works, what to expect at delivery, and how shipping issues are handled. All prices and fees are shown and processed in USD.

Where eligible, import taxes, duties, brokerage, and customs processing may be included in the checkout total, so no payment is required at delivery (DDP where supported).

1) Packing & carrier handoff

Shipments are packed for transit using protective cushioning and appropriately sized cartons to reduce the risk of damage. Multi-item shipments may be combined for stability or placed into separate cartons if this improves transit safety or meets carrier limits. Shipments move through standard parcel networks unless otherwise stated at checkout.

At checkout, you will see the full consolidated amount due in USD—including shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes/duties/brokerage where supported. No payment is accepted at the delivery door (no COD).

2) Delivery coverage

Loxape ships to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Certain remote territories or locations with restricted parcel access

A standard street address with normal carrier access is required. If your location has controlled access or special security procedures, contact Loxape before placing an order.

3) Carriers & service levels

Loxape uses reputable parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS (limited U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for international lanes.

  • Standard delivery: Parcel delivery to the recipient address. In-home placement and packaging removal are not included.

  • Tracking: Tracking is provided.

  • Signature control: An adult signature may be required for higher-value consignments; tracking updates will indicate when this applies.

  • Delivery attempts / pickup: Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times before holding the parcel at a local facility or pickup point; ID may be required for collection. If an “Authority to Leave” option is used, responsibility transfers upon the successful delivery scan (not available when a signature is required).

4) Timeframes & rates (USD)

The estimated delivery window shown at checkout combines packing & carrier handoff time + carrier transit time. Transit time begins after carrier pickup and the first scan is registered.

Business days are Monday–Friday (PST), excluding U.S. federal holidays. International shipments may require additional time for security screening and customs procedures. Severe weather, local holidays, labor actions, or network congestion can extend timelines. Address changes after carrier handoff may require a reroute and can cause delays.

All final amounts appear at checkout. Where DDP is supported and applied, recipients pay nothing extra at the delivery door.

5) Taxes, duties & customs (international)

For deliveries to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Loxape ships DDP where supported. Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and customs processing fees may be included in the checkout total in USD.

Do not pay the delivery person. If anyone requests payment at delivery, contact Loxape immediately.

U.S. orders: Applicable state and local sales tax appears at checkout and is included in the USD total.

Shipping paperwork: International shipments include standard carrier-required commercial documents (for example, invoice details and product classification information where needed) to support customs processing.

6) Timing notes & daily cut-off

Packing & carrier handoff time: Packing, labeling, and carrier handoff typically take 1–2 business days.

Daily cut-off: Payments confirmed before the daily cut-off typically move into packing the same working day; later confirmations move into packing the next working day.

Account protection: In limited cases, Loxape may request address or payment verification to protect customers and prevent fraud. Delays in responding may delay carrier handoff.

7) Origin & staging facility

Primary dispatch point for shipments to all covered regions: 9320–9500 7th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730

Carrier holds: Parcel facilities may hold shipments for several business days; extended storage may incur carrier charges.

8) Tracking & live updates

When a shipment leaves 9320–9500 7th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730, Loxape emails a confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow time for the initial scans to appear. International shipments may show “label created” until the parcel reaches a major sorting hub.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact Loxape so we can request a carrier trace.

9) Damage, loss, or other issues

Inspect at delivery

Inspect packages upon delivery and keep all packaging until any issue is resolved.

Damage

If anything arrives damaged, contact Loxape promptly with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos (or a brief video) of the outer carton, inner packing materials, and the affected item

If visible damage is present at delivery, note it with the driver where possible.

For minor cosmetic concerns, Loxape may offer a suitable resolution (for example, guidance or other support options where applicable).

Delay or loss

If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, contact Loxape. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, Loxape will provide either:

  • a replacement shipment at no charge, or

  • a full USD refund

10) Refused deliveries & undeliverable shipments

Shipments may return to sender if refused or if delivery fails due to repeated missed attempts or incorrect/incomplete address details.

Loxape can re-ship after address verification. Any carrier return, storage, or re-delivery fees may be payable by the customer at cost before re-shipment.

If refusal is due to verifiable carrier-caused damage noted with the driver, Loxape will handle the claim and no re-delivery fees apply to the customer.

11) Changes & cancellations

Cancellations and changes are governed by Loxape’s Changes & Cancellations Policy.

In general:

  • Requests may be accepted within 24 hours of checkout and only before carrier handoff.

  • After carrier handoff, cancellation is not available.

  • After delivery, consult the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Address changes after carrier handoff may require a paid reroute and can cause delays.
